Andrew’s Yorkshire tapas puddings recipe on the Great British Bake Off

Andrew served up delicious Yorkshire ‘tapas’ puddings on the Great British Bake Off.

The ingredients are: 12 tsp sunflower oil, 125g plain white flour, pinch salt, 1 tsp mustard powder, pinch black pepper, 75g full-fat milk, 2 free-range medium eggs, beaten, For the filling, ½ chicken stock cube, pinch saffron strands, 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1 small onion, thinly sliced, 2 large chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces, 1 red chillies, thinly sliced, large pinch ground cinnamon, 2 tbsp cider vinegar, 6 cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp sultanas, 50g flaked almonds, toasted and small handful fresh coriander.
