Simon Rimmer and Joey Essex served up a delicious Millionaire Cheesecake dessert on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 250g Bourbon biscuits, 125g melted butter, 900g full fat cream cheese, 200g 70% cocoa solid chocolate, 75g cocoa powder, 6 eggs and 150g golden caster sugar.
For the caramel: 200g butter, 1 can of condensed milk, 4 tbsp golden syrup and 1 tsp sea salt crystals.
