Paul Hollywood from The Great British Bake Off started his new series on the BBC today called Paul Hollywood Pies and Pudding, which is a bit of a spinoff from the very popular Bake Off series he presents with Mary Berry.
The new show sees Paul putting together three delicious recipes, joined by a special guest chef, each an expert in their particular field of cooking. One of his guests today was Falko Burkert, an expert German pastry chef.
In addition to preparing numerous tasty treats this winter, Britain’s most famous baker will be travelling the country to find the best ingredients to use in his array of recipes.
While out and about, Paul will be discovering some of his favourite foods history by chatting to the people behind various local dishes.
