After baking her way to the Junior Bake Off final, Nikki was crowned champion and took home her hard won trophy after competing with Tyrese and Macy in a very close final.

After facing a tough two days final in the Bake Off tent, the three young bakers served up a range of delicious bakes that would go down a treat at any party or banquet.

However, after battling to impress judges Allegra McEvedy and 2015’s Great British Bake Off winner, Nadiya Hussain, in a close competition, it was Nikki that won the day and immerged as the winner of Junior Bake off 2016.
