Brilliant! brilliant! brilliant! For us this week Marcus simple stole the show. If we were awarding marks out of 10, we would give him 11. That’s how much we enjoyed his performance this evening.

Marcus turned the clock back and brought the music of a differet era to the X Factor, the like we have not seen since Alexandra Burke did something similar the year she won the competition.

His vocals were great, the staging was great and the dancing was the best we have ever seen him do on the X Factor. This guy is in it to win it!

Louis Walsh: Marcus I didn’t think it could get any better. That’s your best performance yet, you are the perfect popstar. There’s a little bit of Bruno Mars, Jackie Wilson, Little Richard, you are the X Factor.

Tulisa Contostavlos: I have watched you and heard you perform while I was in my dressing room this morning and I was up dancing with my PA. I think out of all the contestants, you are the one that understand what to do in this competition to get far and that’s keep reinventing yourself. You do that every week.

Kelly Rowland: It has been so wonderful watching you grow in the competition. They style this week is so cool, I just love me some you! I really do, great performance babe.
