Shanay Holmes surprised the judges with her rendition of Read All About It by Emeli Sande at X Factor bootcamp.

The 25 year old singer and songwriter split the panel in her previous auditions with Simon Cowell insisted that he couldn’t work with her, but the girls on the panel saw potential.

But at bootcamp she delivered an outstanding performance of the Emeli Sande track and received a standing ovation.

Louis Walsh raved: “That is how to get an audience on their feet.”
