Where is the X Factor 2013 contestants House Located?

After last year’s experiment by The X Factor allowing the contestants to stay in a hotel, the management team has reverted back to putting them up in a luxury mansion to prevent some of the incidents that arose last year.

This year the contestants will all be living together in a £5 million mansion that was once owned by Lionel Richie according to reports.

The property, located just outside London, has got all the facilities that a star in the making could only dream about. It has a games room, swimming pool, music room, state of the art kitchen, a massive garden and much more.
