Louis Walsh has admitted that he isn’t worried about the BBC launching new reality TV show, The Voice, because he doesn’t think it can compare to The X Factor.
The X Factor judge talking about the show which recently took America by storm when it was fronted by stars like Christina Aguilera, insisted that he isn’t worried about how it’s launch will impact his ratings.
Louis told The Daily Star:
“There’s no way it will beat X Factor – it doesn’t stand a chance. The BBC don’t pay their judges enough to get the best people to make it exciting for viewers.”
However, despite not really believing in the show, Louis admitted that he would defect from his current position, if he was offered enough money.
He revealed: “I’ll do anything as long as they pay me enough. It’s just a job at the end of the day. I’ve enjoyed being a guest judge on Britain’s Got Talent a few times, so I’d consider that if they offered enough money.”
