Lisa Faulkner peaches and clotted cream scones recipe on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen

Lisa Faulkner and John Torode served up a delicious peaches and clotted cream scones on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.

The ingredients are: 375g self-raising flour, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp baking powder, 2 tbsp caster sugar, 75g cold cubed butter, 175ml milk and 1 x 420g tin peach slices in syrup.

To Serve: Clotted cream.
