James Martin BBQ Lamb chops with Onions, Purple Sprouting Broccoli and Tahini Dressing recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up tasty BBQ Lamb chops with Onions, Purple Sprouting Broccoli and Tahini Dressing on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients for lamb are: 8 lamb chops, 25 ml olive oil and Salt and pepper.

For the vegetables: 50 ml olive oil, 200g purple sprouting broccoli and 2 red onions, peeled and 1/4d.

For the dressing: 5 tbsp tahini, 300g crème fraiche, 1 lemon, juice only and Salt and pepper.

To serve: 100g pomegranate seeds, 1 lemon or lime juice and zest, 2 tbsp white sesame seeds toasted, 1 small bunch coriander chopped, 1 small bunch mint chopped and 1 red chilli sliced.
