James Martin served up tasty potato gnocchi with wild boar sausages, radicchio and deep fried sage on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 4 large floury potatoes, baked, riced, 75g OO flour, 1 egg yolk, 25g grated Parmesan, 4 wild boar sausages, cut into quarters, Salt and pepper and 50g butter to fry.

For the sauce: 50g butter, 2 tbsp capers, A few fried sage leaves, 1 Radicchio, sliced, 2 lemons juice and zest, Fried pumpkin seeds, splash of cream, Grated parmesan and Small bunch parsley, chopped.
