Gok Wan vegetarian curry puffs recipe on Gok Wan’s Easy Asian

Gok Wan served up tasty vegetarian curry puffs with frozen peas and potato on Gok Wan’s Easy Asian.

The ingredients are: Vegetable oil, onions, 2 garlic cloves, 1/2 inch ginger, coriander seeds, vegetable meat substitute, 1tsp garam masala, 1tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 1/2 tsp dried chilli flakes, fresh chillies, 1 large boiled potato, diced, frozen peas, Salt and white pepper, bunch of fresh coriander, soy sauce, splash of water, pinch of sugar and fresh lemon juice.

For the pastry: 250g strong white flour, 125g cold butter, 1tsp turmeric, pinch of salt and water.
