Gok Wan Phoenix rolls with sweet and sour dipping sauce recipe on Gok Wan’s Easy Asian

Gok Wan served up tasty deep fried Phoenix rolls with ham, prawns, sliced white bread and a sweet and sour dipping sauce on Gok Wan’s Easy Asian.

The ingredients are: white sliced bread, boiled ham, 4 eggs, prawn paste and vegetable oil for frying.

For the prawn paste: raw prawns, shaoxing rice wine and vegetable oil.

To serve: sweet and sour sauce dip.
