John Whaite served up tasty Moroccan-spiced Sticky Wings and Ribs on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients for the glaze are: 400g rose harissa paste, 300g runny honey and 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
For the Wings: 1kg chicken wings, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt flakes and Half of the glaze.
For the Ribs: 1 litre chicken stock, 1.5kg pork ribs and Half of the glaze.
To serve: 4 steamed/boiled corn on the cob.
