Alison Hammond Tunisian couscous with lamb and fried egg recipe on Ainsley’s Food We Love

Alison Hammond served up tasty Tunisian couscous with lamb and fried egg on Ainsley’s Food We Love.

The ingredients are: 500g lamb stew meat, cut into large pieces, 180g couscous fine semolina(or medium), 1 onion, finely chopped, 2 cloves garlic, crushed, 2 tbsp tomato paste, 1 tbsp harissa, 1 tbsp ground caraway, 1/2 tbsp ground caraway, 1/2 tbsp parika, 12 baby turnips whole or 200g turnips cut into chunks, 3 medium carrots, peeled, cut into chunks, 2 courgettes, peeled and cut into chunks, 400g potatoes peeled and cut into large chunks, 1 can (400g) chickpeas, 2-4 green hot peppers, fried in oil(optional), vegetable oil, salt, pepper and 1 egg per person.
