The Hairy Bikers serves up a hot and spicy Thai squid seafood salad on their Asian adventure in Thailand.

The Hairy Bikers says: “This delicious spicy seafood salad combines the four elements of Thai cooking: salt, sweet, bitter and sour.”

The chefs make their hot and sour salad using the hottest chillies found in the south of the country, the bird’s eye chilli.
