Sienna Miller joined Jamie Oliver in his kitchen on Southend Pier to tell the celebrity chef all about her favourite dish, Tuscan duck ragu.
The Hollywood star and new mum honed her cooking skills in Jamie’s Kitchen in an attempt to make her baby girl some tasty meals in the not too distant future.
Sienna puts on her apron and serves up her Tuscan duck ragu with pici pasta that went down well with the packed café customers.
Jamie says that “pici pasta is basically fat, hand-rolled spaghetti from Tuscany, which makes it ideal for beginners, as it can be as irregular and rustic as you like. Served with delicious, rich duck ragù and homemade duck skin pangritata sprinkled on top, this is as naughty as it gets.”
