Apple and rosemary tarte tatin recipe on Saturday Kitchen with James Martin

James martin served up a delicious apple and rosemary tarte tatin on Saturday Kitchen with James Martin.

The ingredients are: 300g puff pastry, 10 golden delicious apples peeled , cored and halved, 200g caster sugar, 25g butter and 6 – 8 sprigs of rosemary.

To serve: Vanilla ice cream.
