the ingredients are: 50ml olive oil, 1 shallot, peeled and diced, 4 cloves garlic crushed, 300ml chicken stock, 200ml white wine, 125g pearl onions, Leaves picked from 4 sprigs of rosemary, 1 x 1.5kg whole chicken, cut into 8 pieces, 400g white beans, drained, 200g chorizo picante, sliced, 3 large tomatoes, seeds removed and diced and Salt and freshly ground black pepper.
