Levi’s fish cakes feast recipe on Lorraine

Levi Roots served up a fish cakes feast with chilli and coriander on today’s episode of Lorraine.

The ingredients are: 200g floury potatoes, peeled & cut into large chunks, 500g skinless white fish fillet such as cod, pollock, haddock, 1 red chilli, deseeded and chopped finely, 3 tbsp finely chopped coriander, 3 spring onions, green parts only, finely chopped, 2.5cm ginger, peeled and grated, Quarter garlic clove, finely chopped, Finely grated rind and zest of 1 ½ limes, Salt, One large egg, 100g fresh breadcrumbs and Olive oil for frying.

Come Get Me Sauce: 100g mayonnaise (Or sour cream) and 20g spicy barbecue sauce.
