The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have announced that they are having a second child.
Prince William and Kate Middleton revealed the news this morning putting an end to rumors that keep emerging in the press recently that Kate Middleton was pregnant with her and Prince William’s baby number two.
32-year-old Duchess of Cambridge is preparing for Prince George’s little brother or sister in the not too distant future.
However, a statement from Clarence House said the Queen and members of both families were delighted with the news.
As with her first pregnancy, the duchess is suffering from very acute morning sickness and is being treated by doctors at Kensington Palace.
Prime Minister David Cameron tweeted he was “delighted by the the happy news that they’re expecting another baby”.
The duchess will no longer accompany Prince William on their planned engagement in Oxford on Monday, Clarence House said.
