Frazer Fearnhead seek investment for The House Crowd property investment business on Dragons Den; His online business is the worlds first property crowd funding website.

In the Den Frazer was seeking a one million pounds investment for just 5% of his business.

Frazer’s business offers people the opportunity to invest as little as £1000 in the property market via their crowd funding platform but the dragons were not impressed with his business valuation and the way he presented his pitch, so he left the Den with nothing.
