James Martin served up a delicious ginger and vanilla cheesecake with strawberry sauce on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 50g readymade gingerbread sliced, 450g cream cheese, 250g caster sugar, 250g crème fraiche, 475ml double cream and 2 vanilla pods.

For the strawberries: 300g strawberries and 2 tsp caster sugar.
