Dean Edwards served up tasty Greek lamb burgers on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients are: Oil for frying, ½ onion, diced, 2 cloves garlic, crushed, 500g lamb mince, 1 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped, 1 tsp dried oregano, 80g feta cheese, crumbled and Zest ½ lemon.
For the Tzatziki: 150g Greek yogurt, ½ cucumber peeled, deseeded and diced, 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped, ½ clove garlic, crushed and Small pinch sugar.
To serve: 1 beef tomato, sliced, 4 burger buns toasted (use brioche if liked) and ½ red onion, sliced.
