Kimberly’s lemon meringue Eton mess recipe on Lorraine

Kimberly Wyatt served up a delicious lemon meringue Eton mess dessert on today’s episode of Lorraine.

The ingredients for the meringue are: 3 egg whites, Pinch salt, 150g caster sugar and 1/2 tsp white wine vinegar.

For the lemon cream: 4 tbsp lemon curd and 450ml double cream.

To serve: 500g strawberries, hulled and quartered, 2 tsp icing sugar and Squeeze lemon juice.
