Dean Edwards served up tasty smoky beef tacos on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 2 x 200g sirloin steaks and 1 quantity of dry rub from recipe below
For the dry rub: 1 tbsp soft brown sugar, 1 heaped tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp ground black pepper, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp ground coriander and 1 tsp ground cumin.
For the quick salsa: 150g baby plum tomatoes, ½ red onion finely diced, ½ green chilli finely diced, 2 tbsp coriander, chopped, juice 1 lime and 30ml olive oil.
For the tortilla filling: 12 small flour tortillas, 2 baby gem lettuce, shredded, 2 ripe avocados, cut into slices, ½ red onion, sliced, drizzle sriracha sauce, or hot chilli sauce and a few sprigs coriander.
