Rebecca Seal showcased her delicious elderflower cordial on today’s episode of Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 1 vanilla pod, seeds scraped out, 400ml whole milk, 115g caster sugar, 6 free-range eggs yolks, 2 tbs cornflour, mixed into a paste with a little cold water and 50ml elderflower cordial.
