James Tanner beef satay kebabs recipe on Lorraine

James Tanner served up tasty beef satay kebabs with a bean sprouts and cucumber salad on today’s episode of Lorraine.

the ingredients: 5 tbsp crunchy peanut butter, ½ tsp dried chilli flake (or more to taste if you like it hot!), 2 tsp maple syrup, 1 tsp rice wine vinegar, 1 tsp dark soy sauce, 1 clove diced garlic, Zest and juice of one lime, 5 tbsp coconut milk, 1 red onion, cut into wedges, 2 ribeye or sirloin steaks, (approximately 400g) cut into large cubes and 1 aubergine, cut into cubes.

For the salad: ½ a cucumber, 250g bean sprouts, 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds, Juice of 1 lemon and 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil.
