Phil Vickery served up tasty homemade houmous with lamb skewers for a Bank Holiday treat on This Morning.

The ingredients for the houmous are: 350g dried chickpeas, 4 tsp baking soda, 8 tbsp tahini, 6 garlic cloves, finely pasted, dash of olive oil, salt and pepper and the juice of 1 large lemon.
