James Tanner served up a delicious strawberry and passion fruit meringue roulade for the Bank Holiday weekend on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 60g shelled chopped pistachios, 4 free-range egg whites, 200g caster sugar, 250ml whipping cream, Juice and seeds of 3 passion fruits, 200g British strawberries, cut into quarters and Extra strawberries, to decorate.
