Gino’s salmon and broccoli pasta recipe on This Morning

Gino served up tasty salmon and broccoli pasta shells dish for a nutritious exam brain food on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 500g orecchiette shells, 8 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 10 cherry tomatoes, cut in half, 300g sprouting broccoli, cut into 2cm pieces, 2 garlic cloves, finely sliced, 1 medium hot red chilli, deseeded and finely sliced, 300g salmon fillet, skin off and cut into small cubes, 6 tablespoons pine nuts, 10 purple basil leaves and Salt to taste.
