Antonio Carluccio served up tasty king prawns with garlic and chilli on Saturday Kitchen.

The ingredients for the prawns: 100ml olive oil, 16 fresh giant prawns, peeled, heads intact, 1 lemon, juice only, 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced and 1 red chilli, finely chopped.
For the salad: 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped, 250g fine green beans, blanched for 3 minutes and 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint.
