John Whaite lemon meringue cupcakes recipe on Chopping Block

John Whaite served up delicious Italian lemon Meringue cupcakes on today’s episode of Chopping Block.

The ingredients are: 200g sugar, 200g butter, 2tbsp milk, 4 eggs, 225g self-raising flour, zest of one lemon and lemon curd.

For the Italian meringue: 225g caster sugar, 120ml water and 4 eggs whites.
