John Whaite’s zabaglione recipe on Chopping Block

John Whaite served up a delicious Italian zabaglione custard dessert with nectarines on Chopping Block.

The ingredients are: 4 egg yolks, 60g caster sugar, amaretto liqueur, orange zest, nectarines, unsalted butter and crushed amaretti biscuits.
