John Whaite made delicious black grape, rhubarb and orange puddings on today’s of Lorraine.

The ingredients for the jam: 150g rhubarb, finely sliced, 200g black grapes, roughly chopped and 110g caster sugar.

For the puddings: 115g caster sugar, 115g softened butter, 2 large eggs, 70ml milk, Zest of 1 orange, 140g self-raising flour and Double cream, for serving.
