Dean Edwards served up a tasty Sweet chilli-baked salmon dish on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 100g cream cheese, 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce, Small bunch fresh chives, chopped, 4 x 180g skinless salmon fillets, 50g cashew nuts, crushed or chopped, 1 tbsp oil, 3 cloves garlic,thinly sliced, 600g Chinese greens, pak choi or choi sum, 30ml water, 1-2 tbsp soy sauce, to taste and 3-4 spring onions, thinly sliced.
