The Hemsley Sisters served up delicious guilt free sticky toffee tray bakes on This Morning.

The ingredients for the bake are: 100g butter (at room temperature/soft), plus extra for greasing 250g dates, pitted and roughly chopped, 200ml boiling water, 200g ground almonds and 3 medium eggs, Sea salt.

Optional: pinch of ground clove, 20g chestnut or coconut flour and 1¼ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda.

For the sauce (optional): 100g dates, 50g butter and 300-400ml boiling water.
