James Tanner Miso-roasted aubergine steaks with noodles recipe on Lorraine

James Tanner served up tasty miso-roasted aubergine steaks with noodles on today’s episode of Lorraine.

The ingredients are: 4 tbsp white miso paste, 2 tsp runny honey, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 clove garlic, peeled and grated on a fine grater or chopped, Thumb-sized piece root ginger, peeled and grated, 1 red chilli, diced, 2 tsp toasted sesame oil, 1 large aubergine and Oil, for frying.

For the noodles: 1 carrot, cut into matchsticks, 100g (handful) bean sprouts, 1 red pepper, chopped, 1 packet of fresh egg noodles, 2 spring onions, sliced, Shredded nori wrap (optional), Soy sauce to taste (optional), 2 tsp sesame seeds, fresh coriander leaves and lime wedges to garnish.
