Lorraine Pascale served up a tasty chicken tikka Masala curry with fluffy basmati rice on The Best Dishes Ever with Ainsley Harroitt.
The ingredients are: 4 tbsp garam masala, 1 tbsp paprika, Vegetable oil, 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, 1½ cups basmati rice, 1 tbsp curry powder, 1 bunch of spring onions, 2cm piece of fresh ginger, 2 garlic cloves, 350ml single cream, 200g tomato purée, 1 tsp English mustard powder, Salt and freshly ground black pepper and Fresh parsley leaves.
