Omar Allibhoy’s tasty tapas recipe on This Morning

Omar Allibhoy served up tasty Spanish omelette and garlic prawn tapas with spinach on This Morning.

The ingredients for the Spanish omelette are: 1 onion, 6 eggs, 70g (2small packs) of good quality salted crisps, 4tsp olive oil, Four handfuls of spinach, Salt and pepper.

The ingredients are: 12 Large raw prawns in their shells, 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced, 100ml olive oil, 3 dried cayenne chillies (or other dried chilli), Sea salt flakes and 1 tablespoon freshly chopped flat-leaf parsley.
