Dean Edwards Mushroom and goat’s cheese tortilla recipe on Lorraine

Dean Edwards served up a tasty mushroom and goat’s cheese tortilla on today’s episode of Lorraine.

The ingredients are: 200g mixed mushrooms (chestnut, shitake, oyster), Oil, for frying, 1 onion, sliced, 2 cloves garlic, crushed, 8 medium eggs, beaten, 150g goat’s cheese and Small bunch chives, finely chopped.
