Ching’s pork meatballs in sticky rice recipe on Lorraine

Ching Huang served up tasty pork meatballs in sticky rice on today’s episode of Lorraine.

The ingredients are: 350g ground pork, 1 shallot, 2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled, ½ cube vegetable bouillon, 1 tsp Chinese five-spice powder, 1 tsp Shaohsing rice wine, Sea salt and freshly ground white pepper, to taste, 1 large egg yolk, beaten, 1 tsp cornflour, plus more for rolling, 200g glutinous (sushi) white rice, soaked overnight in cold water and drained and Black rice vinegar, chilli oil, soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce for dipping, optional.
