John Whaite served up delicious sugar free chocolate brownies for a sin free, sugar free February on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 200g pitted medjool dates, 80ml boiling water, ½ tsp bicarbonate, 1 very ripe banana, 75g wholemeal rye flour, 75g unsweetened cocoa powder, 130g unsalted butter, melted, 2 large eggs and Seeds from 1 vanilla pod.
