Donal Skehan show-stopping dessert black forest pavlova recipe on This Morning

Irish chef Donal Skehan served up a delicious black forest pavlova show-stopping dessert for a pound a head on This Morning.

The ingredients for the meringue are: 250g icing sugar, 4 egg whites, 2 tsp of cornflour, 1 tsp white wine vinegar and 3 tbsp cocoa powder.

For the filling and topping: 750ml of cream, whipped, 2 tbsp of icing sugar, sifted, 3 tbsp kirsch, 500g jar of cherries in syrup (morello) or 1 tin of black cherries, 100g dark chocolate, thick shavings and 75g hazelnuts, skinless, toasted, blitzed to a rough dust.
