Phil Vickery tartare sauce recipe and chip shop curry sauce recipe on This Morning

Phil Vickery served up two tasty sauces to go with a fish and chip supper on This Morning in the from of chip shop curry sauce and tartare sauce.

The ingredients for the tartare sauce are: 8 heaped tbsp mayonnaise, 2 tbsp chopped gherkins, 1 tbsp chopped capers, 2 tbsp chopped parsley, 2 chopped spring onions, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 2 tsp any vinegar and pinch sugar.

For the curry sauce: 4 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 large onion, chopped, 2 garlic cloves, crushed, 3-4 tbsp mild Madras curry powder, 2-3 tbsp plain flour, 2 x 10g chicken stock cubes, 1 tbsp tomato puree and 2-3 tbsp mango chutney.

  1. Did you manage to see what ingredients he used for the curry, I managed to catch madras powder, onions and some sort of chutney?? Oh and water
