Glynn Purnell baked cheddar custard with tomato salsa recipe on This Morning

Glynn Purnell served up tasty baked cheddar custard with tomato salsa for the festive season on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 170g cheddar cheese, 275ml double cream, 1-2 tsp English mustard, ½ tsp ground ginger and 4 large free range eggs.

For the tomato salsa: 2 tomatoes, ½ shallot, very finely diced, 1 tbsp chopped chives, 4 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp white wine vinegar and Handful watercress.
