Joe Wicks Lamb Kofta with Greek Salad Recipe on Sunday Brunch

Lean in 15 body coach Joe Wicks, served up a few very tasty lamb Koftas with Greek salad on Sunday Brunch.

The Ingredients are: 350g lean Lamb mince, 2 tsp ground cinnamon, 2 tsp ground cumin, 4 spring onions, trimmed and finely sliced, 2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped, ½ cucumber, 1 large tomato, 16 black olives, Splash of sherry vinegar and Small handful of mint leaves to serve (optional).
