James Tanner’s Smoky Fish Chowder recipe on Lorraine

James Tanner served up a tasty smoky Fish Chowder that is quick and easy to make on today’s episode of Lorraine.

The ingredients are: 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 onion, finely diced, 1 leek, sliced, 2 garlic cloves, minced, 2 small potatoes, peeled and diced, 250ml cider, 350ml fish stock, 250g mixed fish pack, smoked haddock, salmon, white fish cut, into 2cm cubes, 125g fresh mussels (optional) or king prawns, 1 tbsp tarragon, chopped, 1 (198g) can sweetcorn, or 1 fresh corn cob cut into kernels, 100ml double cream and 100g Cheddar cheese, grated.
