Angela Hartnett served up a delicious show-stopping baked Alaska dessert with raspberries on This Morning.
The ingredients for the genoise sponge are: 4 large eggs, 125gms sugar, 125gms flour, 50gms butter melted and 1 tub good quality vanilla ice cream, chocolate ice cream or rum and raisin.
For the Italian meringue: 7 egg whites, 360g sugar, 45g glucose and 125ml water.
