6 year old Theo split the judges after delivering what we can only describe as a memorable performance of a Michael Jackson routine.

Before his performance Theo said: “I like Michael Jackson when he was alive but when he died I was like, we need somebody here so then I took over”

His mother Claire explains where the interest came from – “He went to watch the Thriller stage show with his Dad, came home and within a week he was moon walking so I got the DVD and then it was hours and hours in front of the DVD”.

She goes on to explain how much Michael Jackson influences young Theo’s behaviour – “I bought the white suit and I had to make adjustments. With the ribbon on the arm he told me exactly where it had to be – the braces had to be in a certain place. So although I may have put together the suit he tells me how to do it. He’s a bit of a diva! He’s quite bossy – he likes to direct things quite a lot.”

Dancing to ‘Smooth Criminal’, the reaction from the Judges was mixed; he only got one gold star from Ashley Banjo.

Ashley was outraged at the other two judges, but Kimberley was adamant that Theo needed to do more dance moves. Adam relents and gives him a gold star. Then Davina saves the day by telling them that the whole routine was freestyled. And Kimberley’s star suddenly changes colour! Check out his perfromance below:
